    Responsibilities:
    Overview
    As a core member of the company's sales team, you will be responsible for the strategic promotion of the company's full range of precision microwave sensing products in the target market, key customer development, and the achievement of sales targets. You need to deeply understand customers' pain points in precision displacement, distance, and vibration measurement, and convert our industry-leading technical solutions into customer value to drive rapid business growth.

    Core Responsibilities
    1.Market Development and Sales Achievement: Responsible for developing new customers in the region or industry and deeply managing existing customers. Independently complete the entire sales process from lead generation, technical communication, solution design, business negotiation to contract signing, ensuring the completion and exceeding of annual sales targets.
    2.Industry Solution Expert: Deeply understand the core technical advantages of our products (such as micron-level precision, multi-point synchronization, long distance, high-frequency vibration collection), and be able to design customized measurement solutions for different industries (such as high-end manufacturing, scientific research institutes, infrastructure monitoring, etc.).
    3.Key Customer Relationship Management: Focus on industry-leading customers and strategic partners, establish and maintain long-term and stable high-level customer relationships, and become a trusted measurement technology consultant for customers.
    4.Market Information Feedback: Collect market dynamics, competitor information, and customer needs to provide first-hand decision-making basis for the company's product iteration and market strategy.
    5.Cross-departmental Collaboration: Cooperate closely with technology, R&D, and project delivery teams to ensure accurate communication of customer needs and smooth implementation of projects.
    Requirements:
    Essential Experience:
    ·Bachelor's degree or above, engineering background (mechanical engineering, automation, measurement and control, instrumentation, etc.) is preferred.
    ·More than 5 years of sales experience in displacement sensing, distance measurement sensing, vibration analysis, industrial precision measurement instruments or other similar fields, with mature customer resources and successful cases.
    ·Experience in related fields such as laser displacement sensors, laser trackers, laser interferometers is preferred.
    ·In-depth understanding and sales practical experience in at least one of the following fields: manufacturing industry (such as semiconductors, precision machining, robots), universities and research institutions, process industry (such as metallurgy, chemical industry), infrastructure health monitoring (such as bridges, dams, geological hazards), etc.

    Core Competencies:
    ·Technical Sales Capability: Strong technical comprehension ability, able to quickly learn and clearly explain complex technical principles and product advantages.
    ·Solution Sales Capability: Good at providing systematic solutions based on customer application scenarios rather than simply selling products.
    Excellent Business Skills: Outstanding customer communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

    Responsibilities:
    Overview
    As a core technical expert of the solution team, you will face complex measurement challenges from cutting-edge customers. You need to deeply analyze customers' real needs in precision measurement scenarios such as displacement, distance, and vibration, and based on our leading microwave precision sensing sensor products, lead the design and verification of high-reliability and implementable complete technical solutions.

    Core Responsibilities
    ·Demand Exploration and Solution Design: Go deep into customer sites, communicate with R&D, production, testing and other departments, accurately diagnose their pain points in vibration modal measurement, position tracking and positioning, deformation monitoring, vibration measurement and analysis, distance measurement, automatic control, etc., and write professional demand analysis and technical solution documents.
    ·System Architecture and Integration Design: Responsible for designing a complete measurement system solution with our sensors as the core. Including but not limited to sensor selection and layout design, data acquisition and transmission solutions, integration interface planning with customers' existing systems (such as PLC, SCADA, data analysis platforms), etc.
    ·Technical Support and Proof of Concept: Provide top-level technical support for the sales front-end, participate in technical communication, product demonstration, and on-site testing (POC) of major projects, and verify the feasibility of the solution with data and effects.
    ·Solution Standardization and Knowledge Empowerment: Precipitate project experience into industry solution templates, typical application case libraries, and technical white papers. Provide in-depth technical training for the sales team and partners.
    ·Product and Market Feedback: As the "first receiver" of customer needs, feedback key market needs, product improvement suggestions, and competitive intelligence to product managers and R&D teams to drive continuous product leadership.
    Requirements:
    Essential Experience and Skills:
    ·Bachelor's degree or above, major in measurement and control technology and instruments, automation, mechatronics, communication engineering and other related fields.
    ·More than 5 years of experience as a technical support, solution design or application engineer in the fields of industrial automation, precision measurement, condition monitoring or high-end instrumentation. Must have practical experience in sensor (displacement/vibration/laser radar, etc.) system integration projects.
    ·Proficient in one or more of the following fields:
    ①Vibration Analysis: Familiar with vibration theory, spectrum analysis, and fault diagnosis.
    ②Displacement Measurement: Familiar with the principles and applications of optical, laser, or microwave distance measurement.
    ③Data Acquisition System: Familiar with LabVIEW, C/C++, Python, etc. for data acquisition and processing; understanding of common industrial buses and communication protocols.

    Core Competencies:
    ·Excellent Customer Communication Skills: Able to understand "implied meanings" and convert vague customer needs into clear technical indicators.
    ·Systematic Thinking and Innovation Capabilities: Good at constructing complex system solutions and creatively applying existing technologies to solve new problems.
