Responsibilities:
Overview
As a core member of the company's sales team, you will be responsible for the strategic promotion of the company's full range of precision microwave sensing products in the target market, key customer development, and the achievement of sales targets. You need to deeply understand customers' pain points in precision displacement, distance, and vibration measurement, and convert our industry-leading technical solutions into customer value to drive rapid business growth.
Core Responsibilities
1.Market Development and Sales Achievement: Responsible for developing new customers in the region or industry and deeply managing existing customers. Independently complete the entire sales process from lead generation, technical communication, solution design, business negotiation to contract signing, ensuring the completion and exceeding of annual sales targets.
2.Industry Solution Expert: Deeply understand the core technical advantages of our products (such as micron-level precision, multi-point synchronization, long distance, high-frequency vibration collection), and be able to design customized measurement solutions for different industries (such as high-end manufacturing, scientific research institutes, infrastructure monitoring, etc.).
3.Key Customer Relationship Management: Focus on industry-leading customers and strategic partners, establish and maintain long-term and stable high-level customer relationships, and become a trusted measurement technology consultant for customers.
4.Market Information Feedback: Collect market dynamics, competitor information, and customer needs to provide first-hand decision-making basis for the company's product iteration and market strategy.
5.Cross-departmental Collaboration: Cooperate closely with technology, R&D, and project delivery teams to ensure accurate communication of customer needs and smooth implementation of projects.
Requirements:
Essential Experience:
·Bachelor's degree or above, engineering background (mechanical engineering, automation, measurement and control, instrumentation, etc.) is preferred.
·More than 5 years of sales experience in displacement sensing, distance measurement sensing, vibration analysis, industrial precision measurement instruments or other similar fields, with mature customer resources and successful cases.
·Experience in related fields such as laser displacement sensors, laser trackers, laser interferometers is preferred.
·In-depth understanding and sales practical experience in at least one of the following fields: manufacturing industry (such as semiconductors, precision machining, robots), universities and research institutions, process industry (such as metallurgy, chemical industry), infrastructure health monitoring (such as bridges, dams, geological hazards), etc.
